FLN36-12D is the main switch in the ring main unit. It complies with technical requirements of IEC 420,694 and 129.

FLN36-120 is a switch with closing, opening and grounding function.0.05 MPa SF6 gas is filled into the epoxy shell with strengthening structure to realize these three functions with the least parts, which guarantees the quality and improve the reliability. It is maintenance-free and could run for 20 years safely in the normal condition.

 

Functions and features

1.The load switch odopts the structure with double fracture and rotary dynamic contact. There are three states: closing. opening and grounding.
2. SF6 gas is adopted as the arc extinguishing and insulating medium. The maior loop is sealed in the epoxy shell and the conductivity would not be influenced by the surroundings.
3. It is a switch with good safety performance. If there is orcing inside the switchgear, the weak spot of the shell would be broken and the arc discharge shutter would be broken and the over pressure airflow would be released to the outside to ensure the safety inspection.
4. Load switch is installed in the epoxy shell ful with SF6 gas with closing. opening and grounding function. It is in a state of interlocking broke with compact structure and high security.
5. I is small light, mainienance-free and easy to operate.

 

Operating mechanism

1. The switch of the switch is realized by the operating mechanism. The spring of the mechanism is pre-charged. During operation (manual or electric), the mechanism releases energy through the spring after the dead point to drive the switch.
Action to make the contacts close or open. Therefore, the switching speed of the switch is determined by the characteristics of the operating machine itself, and has nothing to do with the operating speed of the operator.
2. K-type operating mechanism or A-type operating mechanism can be selected according to whether it has a fuse or not
